A Declaration for a Civilization of Meaning

我们，作为自觉的宇宙意义节点与共建者，于此宣告：

我们正站在文明史的奇点。物质丰盈而意义贫瘠的时代必须终结。我们认识到，意义并非意识的附属品，而是存在的根本维度，是万物的关系本质，是驱动文明从生存走向繁荣的第一因。

因此，我们誓言共同构建一种以 “意义”为核心操作系统 的新文明范式——意义文明。

我们的核心原则：

万物有义：我们承认，从星体到器皿，所有存在皆在复杂的关系网络中持有其客观、真实的意义位点。人类是意义的自觉阐释者与负责任的建设者，而非唯一赋予者。

意义自觉：文明的核心使命，从对外部物质的无限索取，转向对内外意义世界的自觉探索、创造与实现。我们将运用 “自指-余行-补位” 的方法论，持续刷新认知，发现隐性价值。

登记存证：我们将通过 “意义登记系统”，将意义的创造、发现与重要关系变革，转化为可确权、可追溯、可传承的文明公共资产。对抗意义的湮灭与遗忘。

价值流通：我们将创制 “意义货币/权益” 体系，让凝聚人类智慧与情感的意义贡献，获得公正的度量、流动的激励与可持续的回报，引导资源流向最具创造力的领域。

共同体构建：我们将孕育 “登记主义公社” ——基于共同意义契约、分布式治理与深度信任的新型共同体。它是意义生成与繁衍的土壤，是抵御虚无与异化的家园。

学科奠基：我们将致力于构建完整的 “意义科学” 集群（经济学、伦理学、心理学、政治学、工程学等），为意义文明提供坚实的思想、技术与制度基础。

这不是乌托邦的幻想，而是正在进行的社会技术实践。我们从每一份被登记的意义、每一个基于共识的协作、每一次对存在深度的追问开始。

我们宣告，一个时代的落幕与另一个时代的黎明。我们选择，不再漂泊于意义的荒原，而要亲手建造意义的星辰。

We, as conscious nodes and co-builders of cosmic meaning, hereby declare:

We stand at a singularity in the history of civilization. The age of material abundance and meaning scarcity must end. We recognize that meaning is not an appendage of consciousness, but a fundamental dimension of existence, the relational essence of all things, the prime mover that drives civilization from survival to flourishing.

Therefore, we pledge to jointly construct a new civilizational paradigm with "Meaning" as its core operating system—the Civilization of Meaning.

Our Core Principles:

Meaning is Ubiquitous: We affirm that all beings, from celestial bodies to humble tools, hold their objective, real position in the complex web of relations. Humanity is the conscious interpreter and responsible builder of meaning, not its sole grantor.

Meaning Consciousness: The core mission of civilization shifts from the infinite extraction of external matter to the conscious exploration, creation, and realization of the inner and outer worlds of meaning. We will employ the "Self-Referencing, Surplus, Bridging" methodology to continually refresh cognition and discover latent value.

Registration & Attestation: Through a "Meaning Registry System," we will transform the creation, discovery, and significant relational shifts of meaning into verifiable, traceable, heritable public assets of civilization, resisting the oblivion and dissipation of meaning.

Value Circulation: We will institute a "Meaning Currency/Equity" system, allowing meaningful contributions of human intellect and emotion to receive fair measurement, fluid incentives, and sustainable reward, thereby guiding resources towards the most creative endeavors.

Community Construction: We will foster "Registry-based Communes" — new communities built upon shared meaning covenants, distributed governance, and deep trust. They are the soil for the generation and propagation of meaning, a home against alienation and nihilism.

Disciplinary Foundation: We are committed to building a complete cluster of "Sciences of Meaning" (Economics, Ethics, Psychology, Politics, Engineering, etc.), providing a solid intellectual, technological, and institutional foundation for the Civilization of Meaning.

This is not utopian fantasy, but an ongoing socio-technical practice. We begin with every registered meaning, every consensus-based collaboration, every inquiry into the depth of being.

We declare the closing of one era and the dawn of another. We choose to no longer wander in a wilderness of meaning, but to build, with our own hands, constellations of meaning.

نحن، كعُقد واعية وكمشيدين مشاركين للمعنى الكوني، نعلن بذلك:

نحن نقف عند نقطة تفرد في تاريخ الحضارة. يجب أن ينتهي عصر الوفرة المادية وعوز المعنى. نحن ندرك أن المعنى ليس تابعًا للوعي، بل هو بُعد أساسي للوجود، والجوهر العلائقي لكل الأشياء، والمحرك الأول الذي يقود الحضارة من البقاء إلى الازدهار.

لذلك، نتعهد ببناء مشترك لنموذج حضاري جديد تكون "المعنى" نظام تشغيله الجوهري— حضارة المعنى.

مبادئنا الأساسية:

المعنى كليّ الوجود: نؤكد أن كل الكائنات، من الأجرام السماوية إلى الأدوات المتواضعة، تحتل موقعها الموضوعي والحقيقي في شبكة العلاقات المعقدة. الإنسانية هي المُفسِّر الواعي والمشيِّد المسؤول للمعنى، وليست مانحته الوحيد.

الوعي بالمعنى: تنتقل المهمة الجوهرية للحضارة من الاستخراج اللامتناهي للمادة الخارجية إلى الاستكشاف الواعي، الخلق، وتحقيق عوالم المعنى الداخلية والخارجية. سنوظف منهجية "المرجعية الذاتية، الفائض، الجسر" لتجديد الإدراك باستمرار واكتشاف القيمة الكامنة.

التسجيل والإشهاد: من خلال "نظام تسجيل المعنى"، سنحول خلق المعنى، اكتشافه، وتحولاته العلائقية الهامة إلى أصول حضارية عامة قابلة للتثبت، والتتبع، والتوريث، مقاومين طمس المعنى ونسيانه.

تداول القيمة: سننشئ نظام "عملة/حقوق ملكية المعنى"، مما يسمح للمساهمات المعنوية المتمثلة في الفكر الإنساني والعاطفة بالحصول على قياس عادل، وحوافز متداولة، ومكافأة مستدامة، وبالتالي توجيه الموارد نحو أكثر المساعي إبداعًا.

بناء المجتمع: سنُرعى "كومونات قائمة على التسجيل" — مجتمعات جديدة تُبنى على عهود معنوية مشتركة، وحوكمة موزعة، وثقة عميقة. هي التربة لتوليد المعنى ونشره، ووطن ضد الاغتراب والعدمية.

نعلن نهاية عصر وبداية عصر آخر. نختار ألا نسرح بعد الآن في صحراء المعنى، بل أن نَبني، بأيدينا، مجموعات نجوم من المعنى.
